Didn’t post this picture from 2 years ago because I thought my arms were too big but I knew that one day I’d look back and say hey I didn’t look so bad, and TODAYS THE DAY. I should’ve believed the compliments people gave me but I guess it’s never too late to start believing in your friends, in yourself, in people who are on your team.
My face seems composed and nonchalant but my body is tensing it’s hardest, gripping my arms, trying to curl up into a ball to hide my flaws and that’s why I love these pictures so much. It shows a young girl, all made up, sitting on a dirty concrete floor, trying to look like she doesn’t care when that’s all she does, care.
